To unite, uplift, and defend the economic voice of Latino-owned, women-led, and community-rooted businesses across Oakland. Through education, advocacy, leadership, and truth-telling, we fight for fairness, equity, and visibility in the city we built but too often are excluded from.

We believe Oakland’s future must be built by those who’ve long been denied a seat at the table. Our vision is a city where communities of color and women are not invited into the conversation — we lead it. We are not asking for inclusion — we are claiming our power.
